Anniversary of Dedication of St. Vincent’s

Wednesday, May 6, is the observed Anniversary of Dedication of the Church of St. Vincent Ferrer. There will be a Sung Mass at 6 PM at St. Vincent’s, followed by our Wednesday Holy Hour.

The building, dedicated on May 5, 1918, was designed by renowned American architect Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue, who considered it his finest work. This National Historic Landmark is widely acclaimed as the foremost American example of French Gothic-style architecture and includes a complete set of Charles Connick stained glass windows, carvings by Lee Lawrie, and two instruments by the Schantz Organ Company.
